When you submit a quote, you will be required to check a box that you have read and agreed to the below policies. We’ll try to keep these short and “sweet” for ya!

Allergens

Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and milk.

Pricing

Custom decorated sugar cookies are priced per order based on complexity of design.

Price Adjustments: All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs, which means we can't honor old pricing. We’re always trying to provide the best-tasting cookies to our clients!

In a hurry? While we can't accommodate all last minute orders, we will make our best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 2 weeks will require a rush fee.

Communication

Life can be a lot, but cookies are a priority! To get your order juuust right, we'll need you to reply to our messages within 48 hours - otherwise, we may just have to wing it (we're good at wingin' it). Questions for us? Please give us about 48 hours to reply - we’re usually covered in dough.

Packaging

All cookies will be individually packaged in heat-sealed bags for freshness. Cookies will stay fresh in their bags up to 2 weeks on the counter, or 1-2 months in the freezer.

If you have any special packing requests, please include them when you submit your order and we will do our best to accommodate them!

Design

If you have inspiration photos, please send them our way! We are not able to directly copy work from other bakers or artists without their written permission, including copyrighted images (think Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter) - we don’t want cookie controversy on our hands! But we would love to incorporate your favorite elements or coordinating colors, so let’s talk! 

Color matches may not be exact - icing does have limitations!

Design mockups are just that - mockups. Final cookie design may be slightly different but we'll keep them as close as possible.

Change Cutoff: Decisions are tough! But we're here to help. Order changes can be made until 1 week before pickup. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

Pickups

Your pick up date is reserved when you pay! 

Pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! We have bulk pickup dates to accommodate most schedules - so put that cookie pickup in your calendar!

No show = no cookies. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 2 weeks prior to your pickup time.

Sick? We know that you can't control when you get sick, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

Refunds

We can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted, as long as that is more than two weeks from the cookie pickup date. After that time, full or partial refunds may be available - your cookie cutter was probably already printed! If no refund is available, good news - you get cookies! Our cookies include a cookie care card with freezing instructions if you need to save them for a later date.

Social Media

Say Cheese! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet-lookin' sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let us know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with us.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, but they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11” cookie)

The Legal Stuff

It's All Yours Now: Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens between you and your cookies is all on you! Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep ‘em fresh by following the care card included with every order.

Cottage Food Laws: Your order will be made in a home kitchen (cottage food operation) that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. Don’t worry - our kitchen is clean, we just have to let ya know! Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *straightens Sheriff pin*

In sickness and in Health: While death will never do us part, you're consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit, hopefully few and far between.
